- Program Availability: The availability of the Bullard Thermal Imager Loaner Program is subject to our schedule and equipment availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee specific dates.
- Program Applicability: The thermal imager loaner program is applicable only to Asia regions. Participants from other regions are not eligible for this program.
- Confirmation Agreement: To secure your participation in the program, you will be required to sign an agreement. This agreement serves as confirmation of your intent to participate in the loaner program and outlines the terms and expectations.
- Final Approval: Bullard reserves the right to make the final decision regarding your participation in the program. This includes the right to approve or deny participation based on our assessment of your eligibility and other relevant factors.
- Feedback and Evaluation: Participants are encouraged to provide feedback and an evaluation of their experience with the loaner program. Your input is valuable to us and helps us continually improve our offerings.
- Use of Equipment: During the loaner program, you are responsible for the proper use and care of the equipment provided. Any misuse of the equipment may result in fees or additional charges.
- Duration: The duration of the loaner program will be specified in the agreement. Please adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and return the equipment promptly at the end of the loan period.
- Limitation of Liability: Bullard is not responsible for any loss resulting from the use of the loaned equipment. Participants are expected to follow safety guidelines and exercise caution when using the equipment.
- Termination: Bullard reserves the right to terminate the loaner program at any time, with or without cause.
